ABOUT HEAT. STUDIO
HEAT is a small and intimate yoga studio in Penryn, located between Falmouth and Truro.
Nestled at the back of our home, this welcoming studio offers a unique space to move, strengthen and reconnect — both physically and mentally.
All group Yoga and Exercise classes are either warm or hot to support mobility, deepen focus, and enhance performance. Whether you’re here to sweat, rehab an injury, slow down, or pause, this intimate Cornish yoga studio is a supportive space where movement and mindfulness come together.
With a maximum of just 8 students per class, sessions are intentionally kept small to ensure high quality teaching, hands-on support, and a sense of personalisation that’s hard to find in larger Yoga Studios or Gyms.
Our schedule blends strength and mindfulness, offering classes in Yoga, Barre-Pilates, Strength Training, Handstand Coaching, Breath-work and Bodywork Therapy — all designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body. We also teach 121 meditation sessions to support mental clarity and relaxation, a powerful complement to our modern fast pace of life.
